We are delighted to announce our partnership with painting and repair specialists Millenium Site Services.
Millenium Site Services are experts in the bespoke onsite painting and repairs industry. Recognising the need for 24/7 onsite repairs Millenium’s services were of particular appeal to the UK rail industry, where time out of operation and movement of stock is particularly costly and detrimental to their business objectives.
The partnership between Millenium Site Services and Coatings Tech gives the rail industry further opportunity to reduce the time for which expensive rolling stock is out of circulation. In using Cotech Clear Coat Easy Clean to protect external surfaces from incidental damage and general wear and tear, Millenium Site Services have been able to further extend their promise to the rail industry to return their vehicles back into circulation in record time.
After re-paint and repairs from Millenium Site Services Cotech Clear Coat Easy Clean is applied to train exteriors, protecting the new paintwork from damage and dirt for a significantly extended period of time. When trains do come in for cleaning the turnaround time has also been hugely reduced due to the protective qualities of Cotech Clear Coat Easy Clean.
Our partnership has further expanded to include the use of Cotech Biosafe in interior parts of the trains, for example toilets, again maintaining the surfaces against damage but also prevents the growth and therefore spread of bacteria and other microorganisms.
